More than a hundred companies cooperate to generate collective talent Andalusia Emprende


More than a hundred companies in the province of Almeria have participated in the program + Talent, driven by Andalucía Emprende, under the Ministry of Economy and Knowledge, an open meeting place for businessmen and entrepreneurs that has allowed them to share experiences and generate a collective talent through the transmission and amplification of individual talent and business cooperation.

To achieve this objective, + Talent Program has developed during the months of October and November several actions as days, Roundtables, rounds and business networking specialist advice in order to make visible the talents of Almeria companies and generate synergies between them.

The territorial delegate of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment, Miguel Angel Lopez Tortosa, noted the importance of promoting cooperation "as the key to improving business competitiveness in a difficult environment like the present and in a global market" and in this sense he recalled that one of the objectives of Andalucía Emprende and 26 CADEs in the province is precisely to foster mutual understanding between enterprises of the province and the emergence of collaborative networks "that enable them to find new customers, investment partners or win dimension in the markets or to suppliers and buyers, especially in the international arena ".

With + Talent Program has analyzed the most innovative business opportunities and competitive, They have accelerated projects until they become business entrepreneurs, It has created a meeting point for companies and promoting business projects and participants, has led prestigious entrepreneurs offer their advice and experience to new entrepreneurs and have been promoted partnerships among participants.

The program started in October at the Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CADE) Almeria with three technical sessions in which participants were able to present their professional experiences, case issues as the creation of startups and technology companies, overcoming weaknesses and strengths empowerment, team work, time management and how to connect with and retain customers.

Also in October a round of counseling was conducted Express entrepreneurs and start-ups by six expert mentors on issues such as sales techniques, marketing and communication, leadership and business strategy or management and finance.

The + Talent Program ended with a networking session that took place on Monday 16 CADE November in Almeria with the participation of around 30 companies complementary sectors, in which they have conducted interviews between them to establish partnerships.
