The Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning takes a few days ago adaptation works the boulevard of Montacar, Huercal-Overa, where you are restoring the channel section, along a 300 meters upstream from its confluence with the promenade of The Jumper.
This action is carried out to improve the discharge capacity of the promenade in case of a possible episode of showers. The restoration of the channel has a section 12 meters wide and a depth of about 2 meters.
Recently, the Ministry has completed the cleanup of the bed of the ravine El Toril, Adra, in a stretch of about 200 meters long, between the A-7 and the old N-340. Also, have completed work on adapting Canyon Pot, Cuevas del Almanzora, in the section from the access road to the dam site and the rowing channel.
