The Mall Open (CCA) Cuevas del Almanzora has been the winner in its category, with the Merchants Association of Old Town Marbella, in the III Edition of the Andalusia Internal Trade Awards granted by the Employment Ministry, Business and Trade. The CCA of Cuevas del Almanzora has obtained this recognition for the values transmitted by its candidacy by highlighting the importance of trade in inland areas, and mainly in municipalities farthest from the population centers with the highest population density.
The Official Gazette of the Andalusian (COLOUR) today published the decision of the jury of these awards, with which it is intended to contribute to the recognition of companies in their business development and business modernization work, as well as the creation and maintenance of city council jobs due to their commercial urban renewal actions in the city center., of trade associations that promote and promote open shopping centers and of workers with professional experience in the sector.
The Award for Open Shopping Centers has gone to two entities: in the aforementioned CCA of Cuevas del Almanzora and in the Association of Merchants of the Old Town of Marbella (APPROACH), for the range of services it offers its associates through various agreements, and for the use of new technologies and social networks to promote communication with partners and users.
The City Council Award aims to recognize the work they do in urban renewal and development in commercial matters, especially in the old town. It has fallen to the City of Vélez-Málaga (Malaga) for highlighting the jury its action to promote trade in the town, through a collaboration agreement between the Association of Entrepreneurs for the period 2015-2017, which also has the Malaga Chamber of Commerce and the Malaga Business Confederation, which is making it possible to promote and support actions for the development and promotion of local businesses.
The Andalusian Commercial Company Award honors the work of these entities in carrying out actions aimed at commercial development and business modernization. This modality is divided into two categories: to the Andalusian Commercial Company of up to five workers; and to the Andalusian Commercial Company of more than five workers.
The jury has decided to award Curadas de Espanto in the first category, S.L. a small Seville company that offers products and services for women suffering from cancer; is Radical Surf Sport, S.L., business dedicated to the sale of sports clothing promoted by some young people from Huelva who have transformed their business thanks to new technologies, and they currently have two stores in Huelva.
In the company category of more than 5 working people, the award goes to the Cordovan family entity Frutas Valverde, S.L., which currently has a network of 14 retail outlets in the city of Córdoba.
Last, the Andalusian commercial sector worker award, in recognition of his professional career it has been for Julián Navas, from Andújar (Jaén), employed in the shoe industry, where you started working with 14 years old.
The jury for the awards has been made up of representatives of business organizations, unions, consumer and user organizations, Chambers of Commerce, the Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, members of the Ministry and its territorial delegations.
