The Board improves energy efficiency 30 houses of public ownership of Fines.

The territorial delegate Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment, Adriana Valverde, has visited the rehabilitation activities to improve energy efficiency developed in 30 public housing owned by the Junta de Andalucía in Fines, under the Programme to Promote Sustainable Construction, managed by the Andalusian Energy Agency.

Works, that have focused on the renovation of the windows of homes and improving insulation in roofs and facades, "Involve the improvement of energy efficiency and therefore save on electricity bills for families residing in the 30 houses for which it has acted ", Valverde explained Adriana. The promotion is in the public housing stock of the Board, managed by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing through Housing and Rehabilitation Agency of Andalusia (YOUR), called 'Cañada Skewers' and is located in Seville and José Manuel Romero streets of Fines.

The provincial head of Economy has also visited the Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CADE) Purchena and two companies belonging to its network, one incubated at CADE own. Also, Adriana Valverde has seen another company supported by the CADE, kindergarten Educolandia, a company of social economy, namely a limited partnership work, promoted by entrepreneurs Dolores Sanchez and Monica Cabrera, City Council also Purchena as socio-employed. The school, which has 26 children up to three years, also has a working. Educolandia was supported in its constitution a decade ago almost by CADE Purchena, to ensure its viability and assist in the procedures for creating and finding funding.

The territorial delegate both companies offered new jobs hiring incentives implemented by the Junta de Andalucía, as scholarships for professional placements, of which there are thousands available for Andalusia; the new edition of Bono Youth Employment, with 4.800 euros for an indefinite contract one year; and aid for the recruitment of young indefinitely, of 4.750 euros.
