The Ministry of Public Works and Housing of the Junta de Andalucía has put out to tender, with a budget of around one million euros, the renovation and rehabilitation of energy a hundred houses belonging to the residential public park located in Andalusian municipalities of Almeria Aims and Cuevas de Almanzora.

Companies interested in participating in this public notice have until next 19 August to submit their bids. Of this amount, as indicated by the Board in a note, almost 2,2 million will be allocated to works 389 public housing, managed by the Housing Agency of Andalusia and Rehabilitation (YOUR), in the province of Almería, specifically in the capital and the municipalities of Huercal de Almeria, Huercal-Overa, Singing, Fines, Senés, Pechina, Purchena and Cuevas de Almanzora. This work, you will have FEDER, begin from September and will have a lead time of three to five months.

In promoting 70 homes in the neighborhood Realengo II, Cuevas de Almanzora, work to improve the insulation of roofs and windows will run, and repairing decks in blocks where there will be energy refurbishment. These works also have set a deadline of three months.

The acting in the 30 Cañada homes Skewers, in Fines, provides improved insulation in walls and roofs and windows, within three months of execution of the work is awarded.
