Cajasol Foundation seeks to 100 new entrepreneurs to push their ideas in a free training program.

The Foundation Cajasol, through the Institute of Cajasol, has launched the program "100 ways to success’ looking through a hundred new Andalusian entrepreneurs who offer free training and monitoring in order to realize their business ideas into concrete business projects.

The program, that has the support of Andalusia Embark, under the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment, provides microlending, from among 3.000 and 6.000 euros, zero percent interest to three years, without charge and without requiring collateral or other security, innovative ideas to submit a hundred Andalusian entrepreneurs whose projects are selected and have the real goal of creating jobs and bring added value to the Andalusian business.

As they have detailed in a press conference in Almeria, CEO of the Institute for Cajasol, Javier Blanco, and head of studies from the same center, Rosa Castillejo, the program is under receiving proposals until next 7 February, so that entrepreneurs can present their projects and ideas through the through a simple form.

White, together with the territorial delegate Economics Almería, Adriana Valverde, and the provincial director of Andalusia Embark, Juan José Bonilla, explained that among the proposals will be selected registered 100 participating in this program open to all interested parties under the sole condition that the idea has not yet been developed.

“This is encouraging new ideas”, explained the CEO, who has shown the interest of the Foundation to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to start businesses that endure over time and which can be created around 350 direct jobs.

The selected ideas will be part of a training plan Cajasol entrusted to the Institute of Studies, Andalusian business school with over 25 Years of experience. Turn, Embark Andalusia held tutoring process required for the presented idea into a business reality.

The formative program, nine months, will feature a faculty composed of professional venture, with experience in business creation or development of management skills. The Institute is responsible for providing training to entrepreneurs, for what successful entrepreneurs plus the Andalusian territory nourished.


“We want entrepreneurs have the skills necessary to start your business. We do not want you to know both accounting, but acquire communication skills and sales, learn to sell your product and also communicate”, explained Castillejo, who remarked that this learning will allow entrepreneurs have capacity “conviction” for “sell your project” and additional funding through public and private entities.

The territorial delegate Economy, Innovation, Science Board and Employment in Almeria, Adriana Valverde, noted the commitment of the regional government for entrepreneurship also through this program that provides the Embark Andalucía 215 Centers for Entrepreneurial Development (CADE) to realize at an early stage business ideas. In this sense, Valverde recalled that the 72 percent of businesses started by CADE obtained “Business Success”.

Participating projects will be viable from a business point of view and develop their economic activity in Andalucia. Of all the ideas presented, be preselected 150 projects, that after a personal interview where the promoters develop, will be reduced to 100 final participants in the program.

Each entrepreneur will receive a training course Cajasol Studies Institute, free advice and assistance from the technical staff of Andalusia Embark, mentorización by experts, al membership program undertakes Andalusia, acciones de networking, a round of financing with potential investors, media outreach and social networks of Andalusia and Institute Undertakes.

Also, participants have the possibility to access the microcredit program of the Foundation Cajasol. In addition, 20 projects may provide free business accommodation facilities Cajasol Institute of Andalusia and Embark.
