The Ministry of Public Works and Housing ha sacado a licitación con un presupuesto global de 1,25 million works for the adaptation and improvement of three public spaces in the municipalities of Tíjola (Almería), San Silvestre de Guzmán (Huelva) and Hornos de Segura (Jaén). Works, que serán ejecutadas por la Housing and Regeneration Agency of Andalusia (YOUR), will be developed through the Regional Program for Public Spaces. Companies interested in participating in this public notice have until the 17 September to submit their bids, from which it will select the one with best technical and economic characteristics. After the award of the contest, construction companies to which they are assigned actions will later four to eight months for its execution.
In the municipality of Tíjola, redevelopment has a projected budget 428.000 euros and will be held on the Hill of Calvary, a public space almost 11.000 square meters for hosting major events and popular concentrations. The intervention in this public space is to improve the contact between the urban and the forest and resolve undefined spaces between the pine forest and the population. For this, focuses on the rearrangement of the actual strut Street, so that it is a new public road connecting the pine forest known as the Hill of Calvary with the people, giving more prominence to the forest that is a landmark in this city of Alto Valle del Almanzora, located between the Filabres and stays.
