Mayor Antonio Fernandez Sevilla has signed a collaboration agreement.

The Municipality of Cuevas del Almanzora is incorporated into the system VioGén, with which the fight will strengthen and protect victims of domestic violence.

Mayor Antonio Fernández, accompanied by the mayors of Social Services and Equality and Public Safety Caparrós Melchora Antonia Ponce, It has signed partnership agreement with other 24 Andalusian municipalities in Seville, at the headquarters of the Government Delegation in Andalusia.

This system will allow the local police in Cuevas del Almanzora join the Comprehensive Tracking System Cases of Domestic Violence (VioGén) Interior Ministry.

It is a system that is activated when the Security Forces are aware of a possible case of domestic violence. From that moment, personalized monitoring is carried out and the victim newspaper, determining the most appropriate to their level of risk protection measures.

The VioGén system operates from a protocol that the National Police and Civil Guard are already applying from 2007.
