The Municipality of Cuevas del Almanzora this week started the refurbishment of several streets of the town, under the Project Developments in Cuevas del Almanzora, promoting the municipality in collaboration with the Provincial Government.
Work has begun in the neighborhood of Villaricos and continue at the heart of Cuevas del Almanzora throughout the implementation period is expected to have a duration of 5 months.
Mayor Antonio Fernández Liria and the mayor of Works and Services José María Bascuñana this morning visited the works being carried out and showed their "satisfaction with the start of works that were sued by neighbors".
The project consists of several actions carried out in different areas of the municipality, involving the upgrading of existing infrastructure, such as supply networks, sanitation, street lighting and improving the pavement through the asphalt paving and pavement, and the improvement of accessibility in the streets of action.
The areas of action are the following:
- Core Cuevas del Almanzora: Square Hospital, C / San Anton, C/ Cervantes, C / Barrier, C / Air, C/ Entinas, C/ San Pedro, C / Esperanza, C/ San Amaro, C / Cuesta Foxhole, Marsh Road.
- Villaricos neighborhood: Improved access from the C / Pico Tenerife to school.
The project, Cuevano funded by the council and the county council, It has a Base Budget Bidding 420.000 euros.
